A 1987 magna cum laude graduate of Boston University School of Law, Beth Friedman Kirk practices family law in Bloomington, Indiana. The practice is primarily (but not exclusively) focused on child-related matters. Beth represents clients in a variety of matters including divorce, custody, parenting time, adoptions, guardianships and child welfare cases. In addition to traditional representation, Beth serves as guardian ad litem and mediator, and recently completed trainings in both Collaborative Law and Parenting Coordination. Collaborative Law’s forthright, constructive approach aligns with Beth’s preferred mode of operation.

Beth’s pro bono (volunteer) legal work includes representing Court Appointed Special Advocates with Monroe County CASA. She also serves on the board of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Indiana chapter.

Beth’s hobbies include ballroom dancing and doing crossword puzzles.
