Lisa Anderson is an attorney in Mallor Grodner LLP’s private client division, concentrating her practice in family law matters.
Lisa has been practicing law since 2000, and the majority of her time in practice has been devoted to handling family law cases, which is her true passion.
Lisa served as staff attorney for the Bartholomew County Department of Child Services from July 2006 until March 2008, advocating on behalf of abused and neglected children. While that work was rewarding, it did not allow Lisa the client contact she enjoyed. In March 2008, Lisa returned to the practice of family law at Mallor Grodner LLP, in Bloomington.
Lisa is a Certified Family Law Specialist, as Certified by the Family Law Certification Board, and a Registered Family Law Mediator. She has completed Parent Coordination training, as well as collaborative law training and is a member of The Bloomington Association of Collaborative Professionals. She is highly skilled and able to assist clients with any family law matter, including divorce, child custody matters, adoption, guardianship, and children in need of services proceedings.
Lisa, her husband and their two children reside in Monroe County. She is active in the community, lending her services to several child-related and youth sports organizations.

Carrie graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, in 1998.
Carrie’s primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, child custody and support issues, adoptions, guardianships and paternity matters. She also practices in business and civil litigation and landlord/tenant law.
Carrie was admitted to the bar in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, in 1998. Carrie is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
A graduate of Bloomington High School South, Carrie is a long-term and active member of the community. She served on the Board of Directors for the Monroe County Chapter of the American Red Cross for six years and is currently volunteering with the Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. Carrie has also participated in the Outreach for Legal Literacy and Project Peace. Carrie is a volunteer attorney for the Shalom Legal Clinic and the Protective Order Project.

Kristin is an associate attorney at Slotegraaf Niehoff, P.C. in downtown Bloomington. Kristin graduated Cum Laude from Indiana University Maurer School of Law prior to joining the firm in 2015.
Kristin primarily works with family law clients, and is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator and is trained as a Collaborative Law Practitioner. Kristin enjoys helping her clients resolve their family law disputes through alternative dispute resolution.

Andy has been a leading family lawyer in Indiana for over 40 years. He is a Certified Family Law Specialist, by the Family Law Certification Board. He has also been named a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. By applying his many years of experience and his innate creativity to the issue at hand, Andy is often able to devise unique solutions to achieve his clients’ objectives. His distinctive team approach in family law matters ensures both a quick response and a total focus on his clients’ interests.
Andy was an early advocate of the use of collaborative law techniques to resolve family law disputes in the most amicable and cost-effective way possible, and he has significant expertise in collaborative law. Having both trial law and collaborative law experience to draw upon, he is able to recommend the approach that will best meet his clients’ needs. In addition to family law matters such as adoption, divorce, matrimonial agreements, and child custody matters, Andy has significant expertise in matters involving wealth management, including trust and estate planning and probate matters, elder law, business succession planning, and premarital agreements. Andy is a certified mediator and is often called upon by other attorneys to assist in the resolution of complex matters.

Jessica has a heart for helping people of all ages with their family law and estate planning needs. Every family, no matter its size and makeup, goes through periods of change. Some changes are exciting and long-awaited, like welcoming a new member, while other changes are difficult and painful. However, Jessica believes that all of these changes are opportunities for growth and fresh starts, and it is her mission to make these periods of uncertainty and upheaval as easy as possible, for every member of the family. Whether individuals are just beginning a relationship with a new family member, or bringing one to a close, she’s there with compassion, warmth and dignity to get you through it.
Jessica earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, and went on to pursue her J.D. at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Jessica served on the Sherman Minton Moot Court Board. Jessica received her degree in 2006 and went on to practice at another Bloomington law firm before joining B&R.
Jessica, a Bloomington native, stays involved in her community by supporting a number of nonprofit organizations and committees via the First United Methodist Church. And just as Jessica helps her clients in planning for and supporting their families, she has grown and nurtured her own. She and her husband, Clint, are busy and proud parents of three young children.

Ben has worked as an attorney in Bloomington, Indiana for over fourteen years. He is a registered Domestic Relations Mediator, has worked as a Guardian Ad Litem, and is trained as a Collaborative Law Practitioner. Ben also works frequently with landlords, both residential and commercial, probate and trust contest, and is the director of our litigation services.

Kara Reagan, Attorney-at-Law, grew up in Brownsburg, Indiana.
She joined Stafford Law Office in 2006. She is also proficient in Spanish, which makes life easier for us and for many of our clients. Kara handles most of the detailed research and drafting for the office, serves as a Mediator, Parent Coordinator, and Collaborative Practitioner, and is a past member of the Monroe County Bar Association(MCBA) Board of Directors. Kara began serving on the LifeDesigns, Inc. Board of Directors in 2013.
In 2013, Kara won the Indiana University Maurer School of Law Pro Bono Award for a practitioner and was rated as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers for 2014.
In addition to her family law practice, Kara also handles environmental law cases from time to time.
Kara lives in Bloomington with her husband and their children. She quilts, volunteers with environmental groups, and volunteers at her daughter's school.

She has offered Collaborative Practice to her clients since 2006, is a frequent speaker on the topic, and has formed a study group focused on bringing excellence and best practices to Indiana. Amy recently was one of only 22 professionals worldwide to complete the year-long, prestigious International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) Leadership Academy.
With her energy for problem-solving, negotiation, and out-of-court settlement, Amy skillfully guides clients in identifying and achieving their interests and in maintaining healthy family relationships, protecting children from the harm of family conflict, and preserving wealth and assets from costly, prolonged litigation.
